No. The Sticker Program is exclusively for eligible SJTN Care HCP staff. Non-HCP staff are not eligible.
Yes. Choose door stickers, a bumper sticker, or both. The photo mockups show how each design could look on a car.
The proposed rewards reflect the sticker size and display area. Door stickers are larger and displayed on both doors, so they carry a higher reward than the smaller bumper sticker. Choosing both combines the two rewards. Final sticker dimensions and monthly rates are confirmed before enrollment.

Additional program rewards will be included in your paycheques while you work with SJTN Care. Reward amounts and full participation terms will be shared before enrollment.
Once selected and enrolled, you must continue working at least 240 hours with SJTN Care in each three-month period to remain eligible for monthly rewards. This is an ongoing requirement, not just an initial qualification. Rewards continue only while your enrollment and the program remain active. The 3- and 12-month totals shown are examples, not guaranteed earnings or enrollment limits.
Yes. SJTN Care may end an individual’s participation, or pause or discontinue the Sticker Program. Future rewards stop from the effective date of that change. Meeting the 240-hour requirement does not guarantee continued enrollment if SJTN Care ends your participation or pauses or discontinues the program.
Yes, you may promote businesses that do not offer services similar to SJTN Care. Promoting a business that offers similar services is not permitted without prior written permission from the SJTN Care HR department.
Contact the SJTN Care team if you change your vehicle. We will review your situation case by case and decide the next steps for your stickers, continued participation and rewards.
If you no longer work with SJTN Care, you may remove the SJTN Care stickers from your vehicle.
