Pay with Credit Card
Please provide the Client/Patient information, including Name and Account Number, to help identify the individual receiving care. Also provide Email and invoice details to proceed.
By giving your email, you authorize SJTN Care to communicate with you and send an electronic receipt.
Pay with Interac e-Transfer
Send your Interac e-Transfer to accounting@sjtn.ca. Please include your account number and invoice number in the message. Any payments received without payment allocation information will NOT be applied to any account.
