Built for the way PI firms work
We understand the file. We speak the language. Your client gets care, your firm gets clean documentation.
HCAI authorized — we bill the insurer under the ‘incurred’ framework
We submit OCF-18 treatment plans and OCF-21 invoices through HCAI to your client’s auto insurer. Care is delivered and billed under the SABS ‘incurred expense’ framework with an assignment of benefits on file — the client pays $0 out of pocket and your firm handles no billing.
Form 1, OCF-18, OCF-21 — all handled in HCAI
Our RN team completes attendant care needs assessments (Form 1), prepares OCF-18 treatment plans, and bills the insurer through OCF-21 invoices — all submitted electronically through HCAI. Attendant Care is excluded from the Minor Injury Guideline, so every file we take on is non-MIG.
Built for the 2026 SABS optionality regime
Since July 2026, only Medical, Rehab, and Attendant Care remain mandatory — Caregiver, Housekeeping, and IRB are now optional add-ons most clients never bought. Our Form 1 assessments isolate and maximize the mandatory Attendant Care pool your client still has access to, so nothing is left on the table when other benefit categories aren’t available.
Documentation that supports the tort claim
Our clinical records, Form 1 findings, and care notes become the source material for cost of care expert reports. Thorough documentation from day one strengthens the settlement.
Catastrophic and non-catastrophic files
Whether the client needs a few hours of PSW support or full care coordination under a catastrophic designation, we scale to the file. All care is RN-planned and PSW-delivered.
